Property Tours

There are a few ways to view properties that you are interested in. First, you can see the properties on your own. Just let us know which properties you want to see and when, and we will call the listing agent(s) to set up appointments for you. We will make all the arrangements, so all you have to do is show up.

The other way (which we happen to prefer) is to have a PopCasa agent personally take you to view the properties you are interested in. By going with a PopCasa agent, you will get insights on properties that a seasoned and experienced agent can provide. Most home buyers today are very knowledgeable, but there are many things to look for that only an experienced agent would know to keep in mind.

So here is where PopCasa differentiates itself from other online real estate companies. We don’t put time limits on property tours, and we don’t put limits on the number property tours we provide you. Buying your home will most likely be the largest purchase you ever make. So, we will that you deserve to take as much time viewing properties as necessary. At PopCasa you only get money from us, so we will never charge you for a property tour.

We conduct property tours seven days a week. Additionally, we will work very hard to accommodate your schedule throughout the entire day. We ask that you give us one day notice to schedule a property tour, however, we will do everything possible to accommodate same day requests.
